**Processing Time**

Shipping costs are calculated in our base price for the following provinces in Canada: NB, NS, PEI, NL, QC, ON, MN, SK, AB and BC. If free shipping is not available for your province or type of order, we will contact you directly to set up extra fees.

 

**Shipping Methods**

We offer several shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. The available methods and estimated delivery times will be sent once we shipped your order. Local pickup is only available on our website for a radius of 25km from the city of Caraquet, NB, Canada

 

**Oversized order**

Oversized items requiring delivery via carriers are not eligible for free shipping. We will contact to adjust the prices after you pass your order or give us a call if your order, need pallet freight.

 

**Tracking Your Order**

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

**International Shipping**

We only ship to Canada if the following provinces: NB, NS, PEI, NL, QC, ON, MN, SK, AB and BC.
